Aalto Private Equity Club and Wednesday. are excited to launch a mentorship programme with our partner Level 20, targeted towards female students interested in private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC).
This programme pairs ambitious students with top professionals in PE and VC, offering an invaluable opportunity for personal and professional development. Through both collective and individually agreed mentoring sessions, participants will gain insights into the industry, develop their career strategies, and build networks that will support their future career endeavors.

Programme structure
Total duration of the Program: ~4 Months
Program Start Date: Kick off Session on 24.10.2024
Program End Date: Closing Event in January-February 2025 (date TBA)
1. Kick Off Event: Introduction to the program, networking, and goal-setting
2. Two or More Individual Mentoring Sessions: Tailored one-on-one meetings between students and their assigned mentors, timing agreed on a one-on-one basis
3. Closing Event: Reflection on the program, sharing of experiences, and future planning
